How We Ship Your Order
We know you’re excited to get your goodies! Once you receive your order confirmation email, we’ll get to work processing your order within 3–5 business days (that’s Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We’ll send you another email as soon as your order is on its way.
Just a little heads-up: during shipping, items can shift around inside the box. While we pack everything with care, we can’t be responsible for any minor blemishes or scratches that may happen during transit.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout—no surprises.
And guess what? We offer free shipping on select orders within the US (sorry, Alaska and Hawaii not included at this time).
Where’s My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system—hang tight!
If it’s been more than 10 days since you received your shipping confirmation and your order still hasn’t arrived, just email us at support@xbabytoys.com with your name and order number. We’ll jump right on it.
Returns & Exchanges (We’ve Got Your Back)
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. We’ll refund your full order amount, minus a $50 restocking fee per package.
Did Your Order Arrive Damaged?
Oh no—we’re so sorry if that happens! Please email us as soon as you can at support@xbabytoys.com, and include your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll review each case individually and do our very best to make things right.
