Refund Policy
We know parenting is busy enough without worrying about returns. So we’ve tried to make this as clear and helpful as possible. Please take a quick read below — some details have changed recently, but we’re always here to help.
How to Start a Return or File a Claim
The fastest way is email us at support@xbabytoys.com.
What Can Be Returned?
To return an item, it needs to be in the same shape you received it (with original packaging), and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
If we approve your return, we’ll email you a return shipping label plus simple instructions. Please don’t send anything back without talking to us first—otherwise we can’t process a refund.
Something Arrived Damaged or Wrong?
Oh no—we’re really sorry! Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is broken, damaged, incorrect, or missing pieces, let us know right away so we can make it right.
When you contact us, please include:
Photos of the problem
A short description
Your order number
You have 30 days from delivery to let us know about missing parts or pieces.
If the original box arrived damaged, please pack the return in safe shipping materials (tape it up well!) before sending it back to us.
Returns: Timing & What to Expect
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return in writing. A restocking fee of $50 applies per package.
Once we say “okay” to your return, we’ll email you a return label. You’ll just need to:
Print it out
Stick it on the box (cover or remove any old labels)
Drop it in the mail within 7 days of getting that label
If it’s been more than 7 days and you haven’t shipped it back, we won’t be able to issue a refund. You’d need to start a new return request.
After you ship the return, please send us a quick note to let us know it’s on its way.
Once we receive the package, we’ll check that everything is in “like new, ready to sell again” condition. Then we’ll process your refund. Please send back everything exactly as you got it—if lots of pieces are missing, your refund may be adjusted.
What Can’t Be Returned?
A few things can’t come back, including:
Custom products (like personalized toys or special orders)
Hazardous materials (if something breaks with sharp edges, please toss it safely right away)

Bundle Kits (Save More, Return Smart)
Bundle kits count as one item. To get a full refund (minus the $50 restocking fee), you’ll need to return the whole bundle.
If you only return part of a bundle, the discount no longer applies. You’ll pay the original price for the item you keep, and we’ll refund you for the item(s) you sent back.
Pre-Orders
Because pre-orders are already deeply discounted, we can’t offer refunds on them. Thank you for understanding!
Canceling an Order
Changed your mind before it ships? No problem. You can cancel with no charges—as long as the shipping carrier hasn’t picked it up yet. Orders usually go out the next business day, so let us know quickly.
Exchanges (For When You Change Your Mind)
Realized you wanted a different color or product? Email us at support@xbabytoys.com as soon as possible. Orders typically ship the next business day.
Exchanges are only for items that cost the same amount. We don’t exchange the same product for the same color. And you’ll need to request the exchange within 30 days of getting your order.
If your original order has already shipped, we’ll need to treat it like a return (including the $50 restocking fee). You can then place a new order for the item you really want.
Refunds: How Long Does It Take?
Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll email you to confirm the refund amount. Then we’ll send it back to your original payment method.
Please give us up to 7 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse to process it. Then allow up to 14 business days for the refund to show up in your bank account (banks can be slow—sorry!).
